The company started in 2006 when three experienced IT professionals got together and realized that being just good is not good enough. Providing consulting services is all about working with people. And when it comes to people, there's no such thing as “one size fits all”. A personalized approach was built into the foundation of our company. Since then, the company has grown to more than 50 employees worldwide, with a management team that represents a combination of talent and experience.

Alexey Vitashkevich

With the goal of establishing Rodmons as leading consulting company, Alexey has sharpened Rodmons' strategic focus and concentrated on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) consulting, media industry, and strong executive team development.

At the same time, Alexey has improved Rodmons' operating efficiency and execution as well as its financial performance and customer focus. The result has been increasing growth and profitability, greater value for shareholders and customers, and a stronger competitive position in global IT markets.

Alexey brings more than 10 years of experience in Management and Operations for the IT industry. Prior to founding Rodmons, he held a number of management positions, one of which was Director of IT with Broadband Maritime, where he held a variety of management and operations roles.

He has BS and MS degrees in computer science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.



Alex Lyashok

Alex Lyashok is president of Rodmon Systems, and a member of Rodmons' board of directors.

In his role, Alex is responsible for the development of competitive strategies, internal business processes, and solution and technology partnerships.

Alex brings more than 10 years of experience in delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology strategies for telecommunications, publishing, government, and e-commerce industries. He has a proven track record of managing IT systems in organizations ranging from early stage startups to not-for-profit entities to large, global, multicultural corporate environments.

Alex has BS and MS degrees in math and physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.



Sergey Monastyrsky
Senior Vice President, Operations

Sergey Monastyrsky is senior vice president of Operations and founding partner of Rodmon Systems. In his current role, Sergey is responsible for regional business development and operations. He also continues to share responsibility for general company management with Alexey Vitashkevich. Previously, Sergey was responsible for the organization of business process, staff recruitment, and day-to-day operations.

From the beginning, Sergey set efficiency and effectiveness as priorities for the company. Commitment to high standards for quality and operations has become one of the keys to the success of Rodmon Systems.

Throughout his extensive 10-year career in IT, Sergey worked in various positions in different areas of the industry. He held positions from CTO to business analyst to hosting administrator and web developer.

Sergey graduated from Vitebsk State University with honors and has BS and MS degrees in math and computer science. He also has a degree in business law and business operations.



Yevgeniy Galper
Vice President, Technology

Yevgeniy Galper is vice president of Technology of Rodmon Systems. In his current position he is responsible for all research and development for the company and for building technology-related standards, procedures, and policies to ensure that Rodmons stays ahead of the competition by standardizing and streamlining the development processes and flawlessly applying them in the unique environment of each client. Since becoming Rodmons' vice president of Technology, Yevgeniy has been able to establish a strong technological base that resulted in a perfect project-delivery track record with all clients across the board.

In addition to being a vice president of Technology, Yevgeniy also plays a vital role in building strong and mutually beneficial client relationships. During 2007, Yevgeniy was a technical project manager for one of the Rodmons' clients and because of the sound design and architecture of enterprise level applications' perfect project delivery, and successful introduction of business and technological process improvements, the client was able to not only meet, but to exceed its short- and long-term business objectives. As a result, the account was quadrupled in size in less than a year, and it is still growing.

Before his current position, Yevgeniy held various leadership and software engineering positions at Compuware and Programart. This experience enabled him not only to acquire sound understanding of the technical world of advanced algorithms but also to realize the importance of strong technical leadership and well-planned tactical and strategic advances in the thrilling yet fierce world of business and competition.

Yevgeniy received his MS degree in Information Systems Management from Harvard University and his BS degree in Software Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.



Vitalii Malyshev
Vice President, Interactive Media

Vitalii Malyshev is vice president of Interactive Media of Rodmon Systems. He is responsible for identifying business development opportunities, crafting appropriate interactive media strategies, and delivering best-in-class creative solutions to solve clients' challenges.

Before his position with Rodmons, Vitalii worked in various design and engineering positions within the financial, telecommunications, and publishing industries. Overall he has more than 10 years of proven experience of transforming great ideas into viable products and solutions.

Vitalii received BS and MS degrees in physics and mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
